It was funded by the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and is managed by NYSDEC. Registration for this program is required. \nMeeting location: We will be meeting at the Marina Parking Lot at Beaver Island State Park.

We will start the walk by showing our fellow walkers how to use the Seek app\, which helps us identify whether plants and other species are native or not. \nWhether you’re a nature enthusiast or just looking for a fun outdoor activity\, this event is perfect for all ages.
